Google rolls out target frequency for YouTube campaigns, letting advertisers control how many times an ad is shown.
With the rollout of target frequency, Google is giving advertisers more control over the number of times people see their ads on YouTube.
Previously, controlling ad frequency on YouTube was only possible when running connected TV campaigns in Google Display & Video 360.
Now, the target frequency capability is globally available for all advertisers running YouTube campaigns.

YouTube Launches Enhanced Shorts Viewing Experience for Connected TVs
Connected TV (CTV) viewing – or watching on your home TV set – has been the fastest-growing usage category for YouTube, while Shorts has been its fastest-growing content format.
It makes sense, then, for YouTube to combine them both, with YouTube launching a new Shorts experience for your home TV, which will present Shorts in a full-screen, interactive format on your larger viewing device.
